Justin Timberlake fans trolled the star over his recent DWI arrest as he proudly plugged merchandise for his Forget Tomorrow world tour on Tuesday.

The singer, 43, who returned to social media for the first timesince his arrest in the Hamptons last week, held up a tour shirt and said: 'This is so important right now. Let's go. Got y'all's Knicks colors' ahead of his gig at Madison Square Garden in NYC.

However many fans begged for the star to include his now-famed glassy-eyed mugshot as well as the remark he made to his arresting officer - 'this is going to ruin the tour' on his merchandise.

One fan wrote: 'Ok but petition for new merch that says “This is going to ruin the tour” because I’d honestly buy that in a heartbeat.'

Others penned: 'You should make a tour shirt with your mug shot. That’d be kinda' and 'please i need a "this is going to ruin the tour" tour shirt jt.'

The Sag Harbor Police Department said in a statement on June 18 that Justin had been 'observed operating a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel' in the early hours of the same day

Justin was arrested on June 18 about 12:30 when a Sag Harbor Village Police Department officer stopped him in the village in New York's Hamptons after he allegedly ran a stop sign and veered out of his lane while driving a 2025 BMW X7, according to a court document.

'His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,' the court papers said.

This is going to ruin the tour,’ the star is said to have muttered.

The New York officer – who was too young to recognize Timberlake - asked, ‘What tour?’ only to be told: ‘The world tour.’

The so-called 'Prince of Pop' told the officer he had one martini and was following some friends home, according to the documents. After being arrested and taken to a police station in nearby East Hampton, he refused a breath test, said the court papers, which listed his occupation as 'professional' and said he's 'self-employed.'

The 10-time Grammy winner was released without bond later in the morning after being arraigned in Sag Harbor. He was charged with a driving-while-intoxicated misdemeanor, and his next court date was scheduled for July 26, the Suffolk County district attorney's office said.
